Looking after your van is important, and we are here to take all the hard work out of it. There are a number of different service packages that we offer.

Service One

This is generally the first service 3000kms after purchase of new van.

  • Check play in wheel bearings - adjust if necessary
  • Check wheel nut tension
  • Check tyre pressure and wear pattern
  • Visual inspection of suspension
  • Visual inspection under-carriage
  • Check brake system operation
  • Check operation of external 12v lights
  • Check operation of interior lights
  • Check operation of appliances
  • Visual check for moisture sealing
  • Check adjustment of doors, windows and hatches
  • Parts as required

Service Two

Covers the axle's, brakes, wheel bearings and springs.

  • Remove, clean, inspect and repack wheel bearings
  • Inspect drum for wearing
  • Inspect magnet face for wearing
  • Remove magnet and check for wearing on ARM AND MAGNET inner
  • Inspect brake shoes and grease backing plate
  • Inspect bushes for movement
  • Grease shackle and coupling nipples
  • Parts as required

Service Three

Standard major service for warranty every 10,000kms

  • Remove, clean, inspect and repack of wheel bearings
  • Inspect drum for wearing
  • Inspect magnet face for wearing
  • Remove magnet and check for wearing on ARM AND MAGNET inner
  • Inspect brake shoes and grease backing plate
  • Inspect bushes for movement
  • Inspect springs and suspension system (shock absorbers)
  • Check tyre wear and tyre pressure's (Including spares)
  • Check wind down legs and lubricate
  • Check tail lights and clearance lights
  • Grease coupling and adjust
  • Adjust hand brake
  • Check gas leaks (Sniffer)
  • Grease shackle and coupling nipples
  • Parts as required

Service Four

Premium service

  • Check 12v outside lights
  • Battery
  • Internal light operation
  • 240v plug test
  • Air conditioner filter clean and check operation
  • Lubricate window winders and hatch operation
  • Gas leak test on appliances; test operation (Gas Fitter)
  • Lubricate all door locks internal and external
  • Lubricate stabiliser corner steadies 
  • Check for chassis condition and cracks
  • Visual check for moisture- report on sealing condition
  • Cable tie all loose wiring
  • Remove brake drum and report
  • Lubricate bearing- report as per item 1 on service 1
  • Lubricate brake backing plate and adjuster mechanism
  • Adjust hand brake
  • Check tyre wear-pressure
  • Lubricate jockey wheel winder and locking clamp
  • Grease suspension and check bushes
  • Check for water leaks and hose damage
  • Grease shackle and coupling nipples
  • Parts as required
